The Level of Service = Outstanding

Before coming to Costa Rica, I communicated with Russ by email to help my wife, and I purchase a vehicle in San Jose. Even though we were about four months out from arriving when we first made contact, every single question asked was answered promptly, and equally as important was that Russ even answered questions we didn’t know to ask.

The appointment to visit the dealerships, the process of viewing cars, and the information and education we received from Chris during our travels from car lot to car lot (in English) was priceless. The experience was effortless, and they found us exactly the right vehicle within a few hours. Not only that, but they went WAY out of their way to help us transport our ten pieces of luggage that we had nowhere to store the morning that we had to give up our Air BnB, before picking up the vehicle.

These folks could have doubled their fee to us, and it still would have been worth it. The process of purchasing and paying for a vehicle in Costa Rica is very different from the one we are used to in Canada, and I am sure we saved a significant amount of time and money using Wheels CR.

Don’t hesitate to contact these folks; they provide a level of service that we sadly don’t seem to have in Canada anymore.
