Working with Russ and his brother-in-law Chris really simplified the buying process for us. Russ was great with answering all of my (many) question and was super communicative.
When we went out to look at cars with Chris, not only was he incredibly informative, but our time spent together was truly enjoyable. Our car buying trip also ended up being a sightseeing tour bc of how knowledgeable he was of the area.
