Russ helped us find the exact model we wanted and we bought it prior to entering the country. Russ arranged everything through the Suzuki dealership for us and helped guide us through the insurance process too. When we arrived in San Jose, Russ picked us up at the hotel and we headed over to the dealership.
We’ve been learning Spanish for about 8 months, but it would have been very hard to do all of the paperwork without being completely fluent. Everyone at the dealership was fantastic, but they work primarily in Spanish. So Russ carefully explained everything we were signing and how they do the licensing here.
