Chris was waiting for us at the hotel when we arrived. He was prepared a with a list of cars for us to test drive. My husband and I both agree that Chris was not only knowledgeable regarding Costa Rican used cars and driving conditions, he was extremely knowledgeable in Costa Rican history and culture, which he shared with us as he drove us around San Jose.
Once we had selected the vehicle to buy Chris arranged for the attorney and insurance agent to meet us at the dealership to finalize the purchase. He acted as our translator, which was an invaluable part of the overall service.
